Inspiration
«Krum» and «krumninger» mean curves in Norwegian, inspired by the undulating shapes created by wind-stirred water and rippling waves. «Spring» holds a water-related meaning, representing the highest tide occurring twice a month. Together, they form the Norwegian word «krumspring,» signifying a quirky or unexpectedly odd move. Some combinations of lamp bases and shades may live up to the name, appearing surprising or unconventional!
