Leather

VINTAGE

Aniline leather is the closest you get to the raw, natural hide, with a lot of depth and color variations, and possibly even with visible scars and insect bites on the surface. Each hide is colored all the way through and specially treated to create the right vintage look. This makes each one unique, with color nuances that may vary due to the natural character of the leather. The leather has a very soft, pleasant feel with incredible breathability, but it is also very sensitive to stains and dirt. The leather requires regular care and maintenance, and should be treated 3-4 times a year. Protect from direct sunlight, excessive heat and sharp objects.

maintenance

Aniline leather has a very soft, pleasant feel. It has incredible breathability, but is also susceptible to stains and dirt and therefore requires care and regular treatment to maintain its exquisite quality. Since aniline leather is dyed all the way through and does not have a top layer of protection when you receive your upholstered furniture, you should use a waterproofing treatment for leather as soon as possible. Only a regular treatment from the beginning ensures high protection against stains. Further, the leather should be treated with aniline cream 3-4 times a year.
